What is Moringa Oleifera?
The Moringa Oleifera Tree has been around for hundreds of years as a whole food or a supplement. Moringa originates from the foothills of the Himalayas. And now is grown throughout Asia and Africa.

The Moringa tree is a fast growing tree to a height of around 12 meters; it's a sustainably grown tree that is drought and pest resistant. It grows a deep tap root so that it can obtain its nutrients from deep underground.

Most parts of the tree can be used but the main parts used are the leaves and the seeds. The leaves are a rich source of vital nutrients and are dried to make tea or powder.

The seeds can be eaten raw or added to cooking. The seeds also are cold pressed to create nutrient rich oil which is also known as Ben Oil.
